Knebworth Park is internationally known as Britain’s largest music venue, and the British home of classic rock. It is now 50 years since Knebworth House held its first rock concert and in that time the greats of rock, jazz and pop have all played here.

Knebworth Highlights: In the 1970s Led Zeppelin’s last UK show in their original line-up; in the 1980s Queen’s last show with Freddie Mercury; in the 1990s the ultimate Britpop weekend with Oasis playing to a quarter of a million; in the 2000s the biggest British music event ever with Robbie Williams playing to 375,000 over one weekend; in the 2010s host to the legendary Sonisphere rock festivals; and in the 2020s the triumphant return of Liam Gallagher and record-breaking cinema documentary ‘Oasis Knebworth 96’.
2024 marks Knebworth Park’s 50th Anniversary of hosting music concerts, and an exhibition of film clips and memorabilia from the full 50-year history of Knebworth shows is now open at Knebworth House.
