1) The minimum number required for a group booking is 20.
2) Pre-booking is required for all group visits. To avoid disappointment please telephone to check availability. Bookings can be made by post, fax, telephone or email.
3) For bookings made several months in advance a deposit may be levied. We offer a free familiarisation visit for group organisers of confirmed group bookings to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
4) Final numbers and payment are required 10 days prior to your visit. Normal admission fees will be charged for additional visitors on the day.
5) Payment can be made by cheque, cash or credit card. All credit card payments will incur a 3 per cent handling fee. Knebworth House is not able to offer refunds.
6) There is ample on site parking for coaches. During our visitor opening times coach drivers will receive free admission and a refreshment voucher on arrival.
