The team and I are busy planting out part of the walled garden with garlic, lettuce, onions and potatoes. The potatoes in this photo are ‘Mayan Gold’ which in my opinion make the best chips you’ll ever taste!
We are busy getting the formal garden ready for the spring events. The pergola has been given some treatment and looks very smart. We have counted at least 12 different daffodil varieties in bloom at the moment and it’s great to see the first blossom on the fruit trees.
