GENERAL INFORMATION
You should now be in receipt of your tickets for the Robbie Williams concerts at Knebworth Park. Please check your tickets carefully to ensure they are for the correct day (August 1st, 2nd or 3rd 2003) . Please read this page carefully in conjunction with the terms on the reverse of your ticket - this is all designed to help you have a successful day out!

IF YOU FIND YOU HAVE BEEN SENT INCORRECT TICKETS PLEASE CONTACT THE TICKET AGENT FROM WHOM YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

On arrival at the concert site, follow the signs for the main entrance into the arena. Only surrender your ticket for checking by the official security staff (Show and Event Security). Your ticket stub will be removed, and you will retain the main body of the ticket. There is no readmission to the concert arena, so please ensure you have everything with you before you surrender your ticket.

Make a note of the car park you are in. This will enable you to find it later.

You will not be permitted to camp on site.

It is a condition of entry to these concerts that you should allow yourself to be searched by Stewards or the Police. Please do not attempt to bring illegal substances on site, if caught you will be refused entrance.

There is a meeting point, information point, first aid points and welfare services which can give help and advice on site.

There are plenty of cash machines on site within the concert arena.

No glass containers are allowed onto the site at all.

The only containers permitted into the arena shall carry non-alcoholic liquid in collapsible cardboard, foil or plastic containers of not more than 1 litre. There are plenty of licenced bars in the concert arena, all operating a token system, ie you buy drinks tokens which are then exchanged for drinks at the bar.

No food will be allowed into the concert arena. There are many food outlets within the concert arena selling a wide range of products, including vegetarian and vegan foods.

Please use the rubbish bins provided throughout the site. Our biggest problem on site is litter clearance and your help in keeping the environment clean will be greatly appreciated and mutually beneficial.

Bring adequate clothing for all weather conditions. Don't forget sunscreen and a sun hat as there is little shade in the arena. Please remember it can get cold at night too.

We all know that festival toilets are sometime horrendous to use so please let us have your help in keeping them clean. People complain about the state of them but it's you folks that use them and it's up to you to help us keep them clean. Do not use the woods in the surrounding area as toilets local people walk here during and after the festival.
